Haresh leads the Delivery Excellence, PMO & Business Operations group for a SaaS Enterprise specialized in Contract Life-cycle Management. His primary responsibilities include establishing and improving processes, tools and data capability related to customer on-boarding professional services, customer support, and running PMO. He also drives change management for service delivery transformation.

Haresh has spent 25+ years in technology services industry improving software delivery capability, customer satisfaction, and de-risking program management. He has led lean-agile consulting practice focusing on software development and delivery for customers in US, Europe, and India. He is a certified SAFe 6.0 Practice Consultant (SPC), Design Thinking trainer and Master Black Belt. He holds patents in the areas of program management and software maintainability. Haresh is passionately involved in the environment and education-related social initiatives.
